ORTHO RESTORATIVE

Case 1

Patient concerns center around ongoing pain, periodontal problems, jaw relationship and overall dissatisfaction with smile. Treatment plan included periodontal therapy, elective NSRCT, composite build-ups, orthodontic treatment, implant single crown #30, ceramic onlay #4, 12, 18, 19, 31, ceramic veneers #5-11, eMax coverage #13 and resin-bonded 1-wing cantilever FPD #27-26 and #22-23.

Case 2

Diagnosed with constricted envelope of function. Treatment plan included two years of orthodontic treatment to close spaces and improve position of upper anteriors. Once ortho was completed 10 eMax restorations were completed.

Case 3

Patient expressed interest in improving the appearance of his front teeth. Chief complaints were uneven shapes and patchy color. Treatment included Invisalign in combination with 5 veneers. Patient selected composite veneers to preserve as much healthy tooth structure as possible.

Case 4

Patient wanted to address his wear and erosion. Due to lack of anterior restorative space, conservative restorative treatment with orthodontics creating space or extensive treatment opening the vertical was discussed. The patient chose the orthodontic plan. Leveraged Invisalign, eMax crowns 7-10, onlays 19 and 20. Additive composite for selected erosion.

Case 5

Patient born without lateral incisors. The patient was restored with bridges at #6-7P-8 and #9-10P-11 as well as veneers on teeth #4, 5, 12, 13. The bridges were temporarily cemented for three months to ensure proper fit. Additionally, clear aligners were provided for both the maxillary and mandibular arches post-restoration, given her history of orthodontic treatment.

Case 6

Patient wanted to improve smile and had concerns about the declining stability of her bite. Treatment plan included implant placement on #3 and #30, root canal therapy on #19, crown lengthening #19, three unit bridge #12-14, eMax crowns on #15, 19-21, 28-29 and eMax veneers #4-11, 22-27.

Case 7

Patient presented with Class 1 malocclusion on the right and left sides with moderate crowding of the upper and lower anterior teeth. This was also complicated by a loss of length in the lower arch as well as #22 with previous endodontic treatment that had some complications.

Case 8

Patient exhibited recurrent decay beneath her upper anterior resin restorations and open margins and decay under her old crowns. #14 was deemed un-restorable. The patient expressed a desire to replace the upper anterior filling with porcelain crowns. Ortho treatment with clear aligners was also part of the treatment plan. Layered eMax veneers on #7, 8, 9, 10. Implant placement #14. CEREC crown #14, 3, 4, 5, 15, 13, 12.
