Crown Lengthening Category

Case 1

Patient presented with worn dentition, discolored and chipped teeth. Full mouth rehabilitation involving crown lengthening and restorative opening the VDO by utilizing full coverage porcelain restorations as well as osteoplasty to remove exostosis.

Case 2

Patient presented with chief concern of "gummy smile", anterior spacing and uneven incisal edges. Treatment plan included Invisalign treatment, esthetic crown lengthening and 10 eMax no prep veneers.

Ortho Restorative Category

Case 1

Patient born without lateral incisors. The patient was restored with bridges at #6-7P-8 and #9-10P-11 as well as veneers on teeth #4, 5, 12, 13. The bridges were temporarily cemented for three months to ensure proper fit. Additionally, clear aligners were provided for both the maxillary and mandibular arches post-restoration, given her history of orthodontic treatment.

Case 2

Patient exhibited recurrent decay beneath her upper anterior resin restorations and open margins and decay under her old crowns. #14 was deemed un-restorable. The patient expressed a desire to replace the upper anterior filling with porcelain crowns. Ortho treatment with clear aligners was also part of the treatment plan. Layered eMax veneers on #7, 8, 9, 10. Implant placement #14. CEREC crown #14, 3, 4, 5, 15, 13, 12.

Full Mouth Restorative Category

Case 1

Patient did not like smile and teeth were wearing down, crown lengthening was performed on #4-13. Decay was excavated and I used DenMat core build-up material to create idealized preps. Once the preps were finished, I made a PVS impression. Temps were splinted polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA). I restored the maxillary arch with Ivoclar Zir-CAD and luted them in place with GC resin modified glass ionomer (RMGI) cement. Steps were then repeated to restore the mandibular arch. Occlusion was set in canine guidance and posterior cusps were clear in excursive movements.

Case 2

Patient wanted to improve smile and had concerns about the declining stability of her bite. Treatment plan included implant placement on #3 #30, root canal therapy on #19, crown lengthening #19, three unit bridge #12-14, eMax crowns on #15, 19-21, 28-29 and eMax veneers #4-11, 22-27.
