Belmont Amusement Park
Opened in 1925, this historic beachfront park on Mission Beach is the only beachfront entertainment and amusement center in San Diego. Embark on a 90-minute drive from Laguna and you’ll find the quintessential beach adventure—a mix of tempting restaurants and heart-pumping rides, including the park’s iconic Giant Dipper Roller Coaster.
Original In-N-Out Burger Replica
Founded in 1948 in Baldwin Park (one hour northeast of Laguna), In-N-Out Burger was California’s (many say the world’s) first drive-through restaurant—the original space was barely 10 square feet. Founder Harry Snyder worked in his garage at night to pursue his vision of enabling guests to order and receive their meals without leaving their cars. His unique, two-way speaker box was introduced that first year. Beloved for serving the best burgers, this replica of the original stand was created to honor the food chain’s history.
